Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not provide personal information through the Site or Services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect includes:
A. Personal Data
When you contact us, book a consultation, request or accept a quote, or receive Services, we may ask you to provide personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include:

- Payment Information: When applicable, billing details and payment information are handled by our invoicing or third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our Site.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, financial account details, health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through our general contact form. We can arrange an appropriate method when that information is needed for an approved project.
B. Business Data
Depending on the project, providing our Services may require access to information about your business operations. This may include:
- Information about your business processes, software systems, and internal workflows.
- Access credentials, tokens, or API keys you authorize us to use for third-party applications involved in your project.
- Data that is processed through the AI automations we build for you.
We handle Business Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, the applicable project agreement, and any additional written data-handling terms agreed by the parties.
CashTree determines how information submitted directly through our Site, scheduling, billing, and communications is used. When we process Business Data for a client project, the client generally determines the purpose of that processing and is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. The applicable project agreement or data-processing terms may provide additional instructions.

4. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal and business information.
